We embed with your team until innovation runs without us
Some challenges cannot be solved in a sprint. Innovation Residencies are for organisations ready to make a sustained commitment to building new capability, whether that means deploying AI across multiple business units, standing up an internal innovation function, or systematically transforming how the business operates. We embed a dedicated RDI Hub team alongside yours for an extended engagement, typically three to twelve months. We work across strategy, technology selection, vendor management, build, and capability transfer. The goal is not dependency. It is to leave your organisation with the tools, processes, and people to keep moving after we step back. We plan the exit from day one. Capability transfer, documentation, governance handover, and a forward roadmap ensure your organisation continues to deliver after the residency ends. We stay available for light-touch advisory support during the transition period.
